OK so i have spent hours trying to figure this out and i am in a hole... i am trying to use one of the glass shatters in the compositors toolkit 2 on a video, then when the shattering occurs the video its overlaying goes with it, i am not to sure if this is possible but thought to ask anyways by the way i am using adobe after effects CS5

After Effects does have its own shatter effect that you could try to match up with the toolkit media.

most likely what i will end up doing, i just perfer the realism of the toolkit stuff no matter how much you do it in AE you still see that fake side to it
