tk0920 -> Construction Silhouettes not in the right format (2/6/2012 11:14:30 PM)

I previously purchased Dancing Silhouettes that were ready to use in Quicktime and they were great, no problem. When I saw the Construction Sihlouettes being marketed and sold as being Quicktime "Ready-To-Use" I bought them too, expecting the same ease of use. To my dismay they were not Ready-To-Use and after emailing,calling and then emailing DJ again I finally got an email saying to install the latest DJ build and then load the files into there and then from there to Quicktime. After all that (4 hours later)they showed up in Quicktime as completely blacked out, they were far from "ready-to-use". DJ is still running me around dodging my refund while I have clearly been misled as to the ease of use of the silhouettes. FYI.[:'(]
