To speed up a Transition use the Juicer and set speed to Fast or Super Fast.

I guess AXP HD has only the fixed timewarp effects, too. You could use the Timewarp effect "Trim to Fill". Drop this effect on your transwipe clip and trim the clip to your desired length. This trimming will actually trim the effect and thus change the speed.
