you already answered this question but the link that has expired. I'm working in DV 16X9 Anamorphic and this file is comes in 4/3 - exported with DV/DVPro NTSC codec and aspect 16x9 but still not working. - were are these FAQs?

Are you talking about changing 4:3 JumpBacks into 16:9? Easiest thing is to use the Juicer. Select a JB, go to the settings panel, and under "Canvas" you'll see a Presets and a drop-down for Canvas Size. Select the 720x480 NTSC Widescreen option, then resize the JB in the preview panel. Render out, import into your NLE. (If it's Final Cut Pro, make sure you check the "Anamorphic" column in the browser.)

but it does not work, Its a background clip from ETK 7, and I tried doing it with juicer 3 and it just didnt do it.
