Franco here.. We talked in the past about the juicer /w my canopus setup.. and I to this date still can' t use canopus codec' s to get the files....

All I remember in the past there was one particular version of juicer that did... and after that .. no more :(

Franco,
If I remember correctly, you were having problems with the codec showing as ' Undefined' and you were unable to stop or pause. The Codec still says ' Undefined' but it is a valid Canopus codec. You can now stop and pause with no problems. Let me know if you have any further questions.

hey

i got the new juicer, and anytime i hit render on something I get a program error, on win2k, and It has to be shut down.. No matter what setting I try, and change it still gives me that error, I can' t render at all

right after I hit yes or no for hide preview window, it happens.

Could you post the text of the program error that you get? When you are rendering, are you running Premiere or one of the Canopus edit products?
Please send this info to tech@digitaljuice.com and i' ll take a deeper look into it.
