A customer emailed me, but since we don't really actively use Vegas in house I'm not sure what answer is.. I'm guessing they should render the audio separate and bring it in as a sep. audio track in vegas? >>> customer wrote Thanks, here is my problem. I can download the Swipe (this is the same problem for all of them) into my computer. If I open the file it will play on my computer with the sound. But when I place it on the time line in Vegas I only get the video. It will not show that I even have the sound in the computer. I am not just selecting video to the time line there is no sound even showing on the time line in the trimmer. I don't know what I am doing wrong. |

I have the same issue, and rendering out as a seperate file does the trick just fine.

David, make sure your customer is using the latest build of Juicer. It's a Vegas issue. I've had the same problem since swipes came out. I just render the files sepearately and it works every time.
