This is my first post and I would like to say that I have been very satisfied with Digital juice products. My experience today is not a reflection of the quality of DJ porducts. well heres what happened; my ETK 1 (SD) preview install disk does not work (can not install previews) and it’s the same disk that I paid for and upgrade in June of this year. Tech support did refund the upgrade price paid but in the end I’m unable to preview any changes that I wish to make without rendering, very time consuming when you are just guessing on the output, I feel a little put out about this, that’s what prompted the posting. Please understand I like DJ and I will continue to buy new products, Like FONTS ![]() . An Option To address the issue. I know that DJ has to move forward and that means it must retire older products, and I understand that DH must decide when a product lines goes away. But I strongly feel that DJ must honor its commitment to those of us out there that own some of the older versions of discontinued products like ETK standard. With that thought in mind, all are able to web preview in the juicer but what I would like to see is the ability to change the settings and get a preview of what you wish to render. You still must own the disk to render or if the disk does not work the user could Call DJ support (to verify ownership of disk) and get a code that they would plug in (one time) to the juicer software and would be able to change settings and also render. DH has said that Bandwidth and infrastructure need to be improved and I know that they are working on that. Maybe as part of the downloading service they could incorporate the idea mentioned above. Thanks Brett |
