Great stuff. As I was browsing the clips I thought "I want shots of a family in the backyard playing in leaves". A few clicks later...there it is! The more family shots the better. I would also like to see technology and real estate shots. Earlier in the thread I stated that this will be a MUST BUY. After looking at the clips...that statement still stands. (in reply to pauld) |

I feel like a moron. But am I missing something here? I downloaded the beta but when I click on "film and Video Clips" all I see is "Videotrax". I dont see Videotrax HD. Is the preview somewhere else? Thanks (in reply to videoteacher87) |

Try refreshing, or download the beta and install it again. Also, make sure you are viewing "All Products" as opposed to "My Products" (dropdown menu in the tree panel).

Yes it is set to "All Products". I just downloaded the beta again and it is taking forever to install. Id blame it on my computer, but Im a Mac user so I KNOW thats not the problem  (Awww c'mon guys Im just serious). Anyways, I'll let you know how it turns out.

No Paul, thats not it at all. It was just a little humor. Back to the problem. I have attempted this three times now. It gets right here, says there is les than a minute left, and jut hangs there for ever. Im using (for reference purposes only Paul) a Macbook Pro 2.6 with 10.5.6. Thumbnail Image   Attachment (1)

I just downloaded this at my office and tried to install it on my Mac Pro, and it did the same thing. It gets to the "less than one minute" mark and hangs forever. Has anyone got this beta to work on Mac? Thanks (in reply to PasdaMike) |

Hi, I'm a Mac.... and it worked for me. I installed on 10.4.11, 10.5.5 and 10.5.6 Not sure what the issue could be. You dont have another instance of the Juicer running do you? I dont think that should cause and issue but you never know. I would try a reboot of the machine and then the first thing you do is another installation. Could be a thread that is locked or something else going on that is prohibiting the installation. I got it to install and run fine on my iMac. Haven't tried on my macbook pro yet. I was able to see the HD videotraxx.

The deal is out and typical DJ, what a deal it is! $250 for this collection of video is going to be hard to pass up. I didn't use any video from the original Video sets until a few months ago, and now it seems like I can't do without them. Looking at these clips, and the great promo video, I just envision so many ways to use these clips in current and future projects. Hopefully, I'll get a check in the mail this week that I'm expecting which will allow me to jump in on the early special.

You just had to mention the gift certificates, didn't you? I used mine to get Sound FX 4 for a bargain basement price, but that's OK. Money spent on Juice is never wasted!

Just ordered mine...already have a few projects I can use it in. About 35 cents a clip. Great deal once again...but I would not expect anything less from DJ.

Ordered mine around noon, before i went to see a client. Great product. Great price. (Just the amount i figured.) and i had 2 gift certificates. Great great stuff, DJ.

I may regret it but I'm going to pass on this one. It's not the deal, because it is awesome and it is not the quality of the clips, because they are awesome too, but right now my video business is really slow and so far none of the paying work has required stock footage, so I cannot justify it. Also I shoot SD and already own the 3 previous VTX libraries. It looks great, the price is excellent, but the video cash flow is a trickle at best and I have already too much business debt to add more. _____________________________ Marc (in reply to pauld) |

I own all the other VTRX sets, and I really really really want this one, especially after seeing the AWESOME video promo (large version). That promo is sweeeeet!!! ...but I am with Adam, my clients are struggling with the economy and they barely were able to pay for the work I did, and no new clients have the money to splurge on new video projects right now, so until I get a stiumulus package (hint hint Obama), then I have to hold out....as much as I hate to. DJ, the quality is superb, the promo kicks butt and is totally beautiful, the price is perfect for such high quality and the content is usable right away and has very current themes in it....i hate to have to wait to get this...grrrrrr...dang you Stock Market....!!!! -------------------------------------------------------- I love the girl you guys chose for the Music clips...the girl in the mini-skirt. I could pop her into tons of different styles of music videos with no problem....and those FOOD AND BEVERGE clips are the BOMB!!!! The Food Network will be eating those up in no time flat.
