Does anyone who bought the 5 DVD set of Backtraxx (The volume 1&2 sale they had two weeks ago) have an issue in plugging in an index dvd into the "Juicer"? The 5 DVD-set doesn't seem to have an index DVD Disc. My juicer (version 3.53) still ask for Index CD# 29, NOT an Index DVD. Does anyone have a solution to this issue by any chance? Not sure if this will fix your problem or not but, from the DJ knowledgebase for backtraxx: "While most Digital Juice products have their previews on the first DVD, BackTraxx volumes have the previews on the last DVD. This DVD is labeled "Index" - please make sure this is the disc you are installing from." Mark (in reply to terabytetron) |

I had the same problem, and using the first or last DVD don't work. None of the DVDs are labeled "index." I was able to fix it by copying the Juicer3 folder on the first DVD into "Program Files\Digital Juice\Juicer 3\catalog\BTX_V02D1_R2" and then in the juicer going to file, restore installed products. < Message edited by andy120 -- 4/20/2009 2:28:00 PM > (in reply to CrunchieBite) |

Andy120, You ARE a Genious! It worked!! The only thing to note is that for me it worked when I selected "Installed Products" instead of "Restore Installed Products". But thats just extra info for anyone else who has a similar issue. Thanks A Million Andy120. (in reply to andy120) |
