I'll admit to not listening to my collection of Stack Traxx until I'm looking for a particular score during an edit session. Today I was looking for a somber piece, so I pulled out Stack Traxx 3, which is labeled "Serious Stacks". When I loaded CD1 (there are four cd's and one DVD in this collection), the tracks on CD 1 don't match the labeling on the case for that collection. In fact, the CD is coming up with the name of "Broadcast Stacks 10". The DVD and CD's 2, 3 & 4 are coming up with the correct information. Just wondered if anyone else has the same issue with this particular collection. John |

Do you own Broadcast Stacks? If so, you should want to check the Broadcast storage folder for the Serious DVD. I've done this more than once when rendering out many tracks during the same render session. _____________________________ Jim "It is fun doing the impossible" Quote from Walt Disney (in reply to john lanza) |

I do not own Broadcast Stacks #10. Each of the four CD's in the Serious Stacks collection that I own has a Serious Stacks label, but the content on CD #1 is coming up as Broadcast Stacks #10. (in reply to windhamjim) |

The CDs are for listening purposes only, so it's not that big of deal. The DVD is the most important thing. I own all the StackTraxx but to be honest, I've never put the listening CDs in, except for the Worship StackTraxx. If you do listen to them for your previews, instead of using Juicer, the preview files are 128k mp3s and would work well to burn your own CD for listening. I'm not sure DJ will do anything for it since the newer volumes didn't have the CDs and I'm sure the rereleased versions may not either.

This sounds like a production problem. I'd call customer support and seek a resolution. This isn't a case of a bad disk being sent, it is a case of the wrong disk be ng sent.

John, I just put in my CD#1 from Serious Staxx and you are correct....the disk titles do say it is #10 and the titles are from #10, however if you play the tracks the songs themselves are the correct songs in the correct order as they are listed on the cover. May want to give DJ a call in the morning....but like Marc I too never use the CD's, only the DVD. _____________________________ Lee's Showcase (in reply to windhamjim) |

My discs hardly see daylight! lol Stay on the shelf till needed, picked from collection, carefully handle by edges of disc, insert in already opened drive, copy files needed, right put into case and put on shelf... I'm that way with my audio CD's and my DVD's... ok I'm a freak! lol _____________________________ I Keep Buying More... Make it Stop! (in reply to jestyx) |

Wait - what do you guys mean by "the CD is coming up with the name of Broadcast Stacks 10" and "the disk titles do say it is #10 and the titles are from #10"? I'm assuming when you play the CD in iTunes, Yahoo Music Jukebox, Winamp or other software CD player, you're looking at the track list. That info is being retrieved from CDDB - it's not Digital Juice's problem. CDDB is like Wikipedia - anyone can submit information. Now if you play the CD in Windows Media Player (which retrieves the info from a DB maintained by Microsoft, not from CDDB) you will see it has the correct track names. So don't blame DJ, and don't contact customer support. _____________________________ Chris Davis - Famous Davis Productions (in reply to jestyx) |
