I've received my VideoTraxx HD pkg. I've inserted the Install Disc, but I'm not prompted for my activation code. Am I missing something? In Juicer - when I try to access the clip settings, I'm told that I don't own this product. Yes I do!! Please help!! Thanks, sean d |
