I wanted to put this thread to all the begiiners and the ones who are new to Digital Juice, I think that the main thing and most important is to know how to use the Juicer which is the base for all the products I think that the best for this is to use the very good training videos If you put in the DJ TV training window and in the dropdown menu choose Items Per Page: 40 and then Filter by DJ Product Used: Juicer 3 Then go to the Juicer 3 videos from 2008 that put Secrets of the Juicer - Tips & Tricks There are 4 of them to see and below there others more too with different products HERE IS A DIRECT LINK WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE ALREADY CHOOSEN SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO http://www.digitaljuice.com/djtv/default.asp?set_rpp=40&sortby=&rpid=223&rvid=0&swid=0&searchid=0 |

Forgive me for being so lame but you did say beginners.... Digital Fonts - in the video - is she using some program within the fonts software or photoshop? Or something else? And I want to buy and download a set of graphics, I know which ones but are they already in HTML? Can I use the NVU software? I want to make my own logo and template for my ebay store and web store. The last time I did anything like this was 8 years ago using frontpage lite, lol. Things have changed. I have no formal education in this field and the vocabulary has left me far behind... I think I am going to use glowhost for my website and they have another set of developement software, should I just throw up my hands and use the boring and tired graphics out there in the easy to use formats or strike out on my own and have some fun. I know my answer but perhaps teaching an old dog new tricks is really just too much to learn these days, the field has gotten too far ahead for an old fogey to learn. Well I guess my big question was about the NVU open source web development tools. I'm all for open source for someone like me who will only use it for one application and then move on. Can I use these graphics for my intended purpose? I searched but could find no one discussing this software in this forum so I am half afraid that I am not even in the right ballpark about software and these graphics. betty (in reply to SpaceRay) |
