I have the latest Juicer, which I downloaded a few days ago on to a new computer. I installed all four of the DJ Fonts. However, I am unable to sign in as I keep getting an error pop-up. All my other Login's  with Digital Juice are okay.

First close juicer.  go to your C: Drive and delete the 'JuicerDetails.ini file before launching the Juicer, once deleted restart juicer and try to login.
C:\Users\<User Name>\All Users\Application Data\Juicer3\JuicerDetails.ini

That will (normaly) help you to login.
Have fun,  greetings from Belgium

Hi- I'm having the same problem. It looks like the solution provided is MAC based however. What would be the fix for PC based issue?
Thanks!

I'm on Windows Vista and I can't figure out how to fix this. There is no folder or file by the name given earlier. I searched the entire hard drive. I checked the registry. I even tried changing my e-mail address and password but it still remembers the other one and states that it is wrong. I can log in to all areas of DJ but not from the Juicer. I am on v3.57 (Build 147). When I attempt to update I get a message that I am on the current version.

At this point I can't use the Community Fonts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In addition, I can't even use the fonts at all at this point. I'm not sure what happened as I have used them before. I receive a message stating that I can update the broken previews on the web but it won't let me log in. I'm going to reinstall but would still like to know how to be able to sign in again. Thanks.

sounds like you just need to do a fresh install and at that point you'll probably be able to sign in.

Thanks Damon. I downloaded the latest version and reinstalled but it didn't make any difference. I no longer have a functioning product and I don't have any clue what I'm supposed to do now.

I'm having the same sign-in problem.  Juicer thinks my username/password is invalid.

I'd wipe out all of the juice stuff except your libraries and reinstall. What OS are you running on?

Windows Vista 64-bit. In the past I've had to reinstall all the libraries. Will uninstalling require me to do that again.

Haven't looked for it myself but, if you can't find it in the application data area that he mentions you could always just plug the file name into your windows search function.

That file does not exist on my computer. I'm running Vista 64-bit and I did search for hidden and system files as well.

Ah ha, perhaps the 64 bit version of the file has a different name?

And sorry, I just noticed that you mentioned several posts back that you had already searched everywhere.  My bad.

Use the following path if you have Vista:

C:\Users\<User Name>\All Users\Application Data\Juicer

There is a Vista search option that must be selected/deselected (can't remember which).  I think it's called something like "don't use the index..."  If you don't do this, you will never find this file by searching.

There is no such path. I'm not doing a search, I'm actually looking at it.

Hi All,

In this case here's what you need to try, delete the 'JuicerDetails.ini' file and then relaunch the Juicer3.

On,
Windows XP: Delete "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Juicer3\JuicerDetails.ini".
Re-launch Juicer3 and try to login again.

Windows Vista: Delete "C:\Users\<username>\All Users\Application Data\Juicer3\JuicerDetails.ini".
Re-launch Juicer3 and try to login again.
NOTE: Substitute <username> with your Windows username.

MAC: On mac you have to delete the password using the keychain application.
. Open folder Utilities present in the Applications folder.
. Launch the Keychain application.
. Search for Juicer3 entries in the Keychain application and delete them.
. Re-launch Juicer3 and try to login again.
*attached image of the Keychain app. on the Mac.

Hope this helps.

Sorry Allen,
I should have written "Juicer3" instead of "Juicer" for the directory tree.

THIS is the actual location on my computer - C:\All Users\Application Data\Juicer3. That would explain why nothing showed up when I searched C:\Users. That also explains why the Juicer3 folder did not show up. It now works. Thank you.
