These folks ROCK! Very nice to see them, They can always see my face, thanks to the avatar at the left. (I am the one in the yellow shirt), so it's nice to see theirs. Usually customer service people don't like to be identified since they are not very helpful in other companies... this has NEVER been the case whenever I have had to call DJ. TOP NOTCH. You folks get the AVI AWARD of EXCELLENCE! Thanks to all of you!
