I've been trying to upload a video to the showcase. After completing the upload, I get a question mark for the thumbnail. When I click to make a thumbnail anyway, I get an error code and sent back to the upload screen. Any thoughts?

What is the filename, file size, file type, resolution and audio/video codec of the file you are uploading?

I have been having a problem trying to upload jpeg images to show case. I have tried different resolutions and image sizes but still get the Question mark that either the site is in maintenance or broken link. Any ideas, sort of feel I have been blocked out of showcase??????
