I downloaded Juicer 3.62b Build 103 for Windows XP, and upon starting the program the Logo screen pops up, then disappears. I have an hourglass, and cannot use other programs until I go into my Task Manager and end the program. Anyone have a fix for this?

There so other threads in this forum about how to delete some xml files and restarting the Juicer. Search about and you will find them. I suspect another more helpful Juicaholic will post a pointer to these threads shortly.

Good Luck.

I found the tip to disable hardware acceleration in my display settings here: http://www.digitaljuice.com/community_forums/tm.asp?m=139252&mpage=1&key=delete,xml,files𢉡

Now it seems to work!
