Hello, is there a way to achieve a "Shutter speed" effect with a pre existing video clip? As if you were to film something with the shutter speed on your camera at a slower setting to get that "strobe" look? The clip was shot with the shutter speed at 60. I have a client that wants it to look more like 30 or 15. I just recently purchased after effects but haven't had time this week to learn it. There must be a shorter way, but the only way I know is to just keep editing out a series of frames - maybe 3 every 30 frames to start. Check a few seconds to see if the effect is satisfactory and adjust the number of frames deleted to suit. It's very time intensive that way, but if it's for a short clip, it could be worth it.
