I just got off the phone with Sales/Support. While on hold, I was subjected to the irritating looped classical music. Just a thought...with all the great music DJ has, why not use the "On Hold" to inform/sell! Play :30 clips from a variety of stacks and have an announcer tell what Stack it's from after each clip! I hope this is considered...it's not the first time I've been put on hold by your staff...and probably not the last time!!!!  Bambamblock DJ-a-holic

You know, I have listened to about 80 % of all 50 volumes of the StackTraxx and I NEVER thought it would be ideal for "elevator music" while on hold! That is a freaking awesome idea!

I'm glad you think so. I have more than half of the 50 volumes myself. I also have BackTraxx 1 & 2. I hear DJ is coming out with a new audio product very soon. Just what I need...more expenses!!! LOL!!

LOL...now that is rich...eh...ah...you know what I mean. I have been thinking about starting a Digital Juice Anonymous Group, but killed the idea since I realized how MUCH I would be missing. You got to hand it to Dave Hebel...he is keeping up with the times and customer demand.
