Any word on Canvasses volume two....yeah, I know, gee, cut us a break! Let us get some rest in development! DJ needs to quit giving us those salty potato chips so we want more! "Betcha' Can't Eat Just One!" BTW, we can't wait to see Juicer 4. Hopefully, it is something real new and functional with lots of bug fixes. Keep up the good work guys. We luv ya and the products you produce. _____________________________ Alan Hartman Video Impressions www.videoimpressions.biz Proud Owner of the "DIGITAL JUICE WALL"! Ditto Alan. With Canvases One flying off the shelves and selling out twice with each of the early shipments, the message is very clear, WE LIKE THE PRODUCT, so expect these to be repeat hits... and the price is very right, too. I am a bit surprised that the JDrops don't sell just as fast since they can be customized OR used flat by just opening the non-layered versions. Whatever DJ produces for print, I'm buying it. Their designers have a keen eye for what looks sa-weet. I can't get enough. Yes, "Hooked on Juice" is my theme song.

Double-Ditto Dean In addition to the great products, I have learned to be a savvy deal watcher! A good example is the Worship StackTraxx deal just recently. Considering what they were when first released, the $100 price is a no-brainer! While my usage may be sparse, the deal can't be passed-up. I concur on the JuiceDrops. The ability to customize each file is a HUGE plus for the creative professional. Get with it guys, get in the JuiceDrops and EXPLORE the possibilities! Keep cool Dean. Take a dip in the Ohio River! _____________________________ Alan Hartman Video Impressions www.videoimpressions.biz Proud Owner of the "DIGITAL JUICE WALL"! Yeah I don't get it on the Juice Drops either. There's another huge mess of "canvasses" in every vol of the new Juice Drops.

MAYBE there is a potential to release FLATTENED JDrops as an alternate? I would not be so interested since I already have the real deal, but others may snap them up.

Canvases 1 has just been released and you are already asking for version 2 ?? I know that you like very much the product, and it has sold very well, but I think that did not probably expect this kind of sucess, and they are preparing the Canvases 2, and only David Hebel can tell when he think that will be available. I know that once you have this beauty, YOU WANT MORE[/b] !!! DJ knows very well how to tempt you and keep you coming back each time and keep you wanting moree and in expectation of new awesome products, DJ is one of the king of marketing and offers excellent products at very good prices and special offers and surprising good deals. quote: YES ! IS true, this is from Lay´s chips advertisement and then Pringles made also something similar "Once You Pop You Can't Stop" quote: When you start using DJ products and see their great quality, potential creativity, innovative and that redefines design work and opens a very wide world of possible creations, OF COURSE THAT YOU WANT MORE AND MORE !!! I found this on internet (with this I do NOT WANT IN ANY WAY to offend and insult you, this is a GENERALIZED comment and is not always so for ALL the Americans) quote: < Message edited by SpaceRay -- 7/22/2011 4:31:01 PM > (in reply to deano2222) |

Cool... I hope so. Maybe DJ will offer them over the Labor Day weekend so we can buy them and LABOR with them to earn a living! Hey, you know, that would be a perfect time to offer them. Over Labor Day!

TODAY would be a great day to intro the Canvases 2 offering! I could sure use a pick-me-up amid the doom and gloom of endless deadlines.

Dean, it seems that you will have to keep waiting for Canvases 2 because I do not think that the new Canvases is really Canvases 2, is just a special edition. It will probably be released in October. (in reply to deano2222) |

So now the question is, does your November layout have anything to do with Christmas?! deb _____________________________ SouthPoint Foursquare Church Fresno, CA BlogMe (in reply to deano2222) |

Yes, one or two pages will be a listing of "holiday" events. Sadly, municipalities must be "politically correct" and cannot reference "Christmas," as such, but the "holiday" layouts will be PERFECT for those pages. The doc I do for November is a 40-48 page magazine-style newsletter, so I need all kinds of stuff in addition to the holiday themes. At first, I didn't really embrace the non-layered concept, having been totally spoiled by JuiceDrops. But after using the heck out of Canvases One, I see the wisdom in the more simplified, flattened product. So much so that I cannot wait for the next collection. (I am still an advocate for a Publication Designer's Toolkit that takes a theme and gives us 5-6 variations of layouts for each of several concepts -- preferably with a few simplified layers -- so we can undertake a layout of an entire publication with the variations on subsequent pages. Such a product would go beyond a single image, as we now enjoy with JDrops and Canvases.) _____________________________ dean (in reply to debc) |
