I have AE Template Collection 13 (among others) and have been using it without problems. However, tonight I updated Juicer to 3.89, Build 100 and I went to get a template from Collection 13 and there are only 3 SD and the same 3 HD templates. The remaining, I think 14 (7 SD and 7 HD) templates have disappeared. I think all the rest of my items still show in the Juicer. The one difference in the Template Collection 13 from the other items is that is was a downloaded product. Is it possible that the 6 templates (3 each SD & HD) that still show were actually changed in the latest Juicer update and the others weren't so they disappeared? If that is the case and I reinstall the Collection 13, will they revert back to the old ones? _____________________________ Jim DJ Addict |

Got the same problem. All of my rdy2gos and toxics are downloaded and juicer is asking me for the keys after "reinstall installed products" which i, ofc, don't have it execpt Toxic 4. (in reply to Dink_Wink) |

Reinstall the previous working version ( working is a term used loosely here) and upgrade again.

I fixed my R2G Vol 13 by installing the second file first. This brought by all the templates.

Hi I have a similar problem. I have Ready2Go 3 and 4 for Sony Vegas as as Toxic Type 4 and NONE of them show up in the product list on left! No thumbnails, no product, and yet it says they are installed, and they are there in catalog folder... How can I get them back so I can see the previews? Thanks! (in reply to jday) |

Juicer 3.89a Build 172 Mac 10.7.4 Updated to this build because previous wasn't working. Can't successfully install ANY Ready2Go products. Motion canvases not installing. After install of this build, previously installed templates disappeared. Now can't install anything. Catalog is on external RAID (and needs to stay there) but Juicer says I don't have permissions, though full read/write is set correctly. C'mon, DJ...help! (in reply to Sibertiger17) |
