I purchased the download version of Ready to Go Vol 13. I downloaded two files. I installed file 1 first followed by file 2. I am missing Trending Ring, Cube Process, and Special Focus. Hi, I had the same problem. I did as you recommended and tried to re-install. I was also prompted for an Activation Key for Ready2Go. After the re-install finished for me however nothing appeared. So I went to re-install and I think it was user error the entire time. I think? I think I clicked on "Install Products" instead of "Install Downloaded Content" So I made sure this time I clicked on Install Downloaded Content. Did you get two files to install? If so, what were their sizes?

I removed both products again. This time I installed the second file first followed by the first file. Happiness reigns. All 10 sets are viewable in the Juicer. lol .. I don't know what it was, but it was weird. I went in to Juicer and I did the option for install downloaded content and it just worked on both files. One after the other. :: hunching shoulders :: Next time I get stuck I'm posting on the board for Juicer magic! :) (in reply to windhamjim) |

>:) I agree .. I'm posting because again these downloads that have no serial number are mega-problematic in Juicer right now. Hopefully lightning can strike twice after I post and it works during another attempt to install a product I've installed after purchasing as a download (w/o activation key).
