Hi,

I installed R2G13 for After Effects using Juicer 3.89 Build 100 but it doesn't show up in the Projects & Templates > After Effects Projects > Product area.

When I look for it on my computer I can find it in the DJ catalog where my other DJ products are.

The other R2G collections I have installed are visible in the Projects & Templates > After Effects Projects > Product area.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still not visible in the Juicer.

I also tried to perform a Restore Install Products and it keeps prompting me for an Email/Key which DJ didn't say was required.

I haven't had this problem with any other Digital Juice products.

I am using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit OS w/SP1, 16 GIG Ram, 8 Core Xeon 3.3 GHz, NVidia Quadro 4000.
