I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the DJ Web & Sales Teams for the product DOWNLOAD section/availabilty... it is fantastic, and I really appreciate the work you folks put in. VERY VERY HAPPY with my recent batch of DOWNLOADS. So simple.
WELL DONE. And also a mention to Brett & Co. at Customer Service for answering any and all queries. 10/10 as always.

So very kind of you! ...all IS well, we had been caring for some elderly relatives (both our families) and 2011/12 has been tough in that regard and with recent bereavements ... Work, DJ Forums and other such things were all curtailed.. but glad to get a chance to say "hello" and "thank" the DJ Team for some great products & service...

Hope all is well with you too! And hope to be able to contribute { or maybe I'm a liability, better check with DH on that one :0) !!! } to the DJ community again when things settle here.

Yeah, downloadbale products are where it's at. Save on the shipping costs and get them right away. Good thread!!!

I want to add my vote to get everything as a download! It seems, in the age of personal cloud services and amazon cheap storage, we could have everything as a download.

When I have a problem with a disc, DJ has to send out a replacement disc, instead of just giving me a link to the two or three files that won't read off the disc. Seems like a major waste of resources and time.
