Recently reformatted and reinstalled everything on my computer. Downloaded and installed the latest Juicer. Install went fine and I was able to install all my DJ products with no problems. I went to use it last night and when I open up Juicer everything is blank. I can click on the product headers on the left side but no words show up below. I have the little green dot indicating stuff I own but there is absolutely no type. And I can't do any real troubleshooting because when I go up to the File, Edit, etc the menus underneath are all blank. I uninstalled and reinstalled still blank. I'm probably not explaining this real well but basically any area that should have words is blank.

And I know better ;-) I cruise enough support forms to know that info is needed. Windows 7 on a i7 machine with 9 gigs of RAM. Also Quicktime Pro 7 is installed. Not at that machine right now to give detailed specs. (in reply to windhamjim) |
