I just bought the download version of Animated Canvases Collection 5. I've downloaded and unzipped the folders. I can see the MOV video files on my hard drive. How do I get the juicer to recognize that I have this product... and "install" it so I can manipulate the files in the Juicer? Thanks in advance for your input. |

The Animated Canvases are NOT Juicer 3 ready. They will be supported in Juicer 4. Until then, use the PDF file to look at them. There is a readme.txt file with the first animated zip file. It is stated there.

no, thats not correct! Animated Canvases DVD Versions (I can not speak for the downloadable Version of Volume 5) are of course supported in Juicer3. Volume 1-3 with SN, Volume 4 without Activaton Key (in reply to windhamjim) |

I can speak for the downloaded versions since I have a couple and they are NOT supported by Juicer 3. The original poster was quite clear about asking if the downloaded versions were supported by the juicer.

I have the Animated Canvases 2 and 4 (DVD versions) and they are supported by Juicer 3. My Animated Canvas version 3 download version is NOT supported by the Juicer. 5 is supported if you get the DVD. Download isn't. Just more corner cutting by the new imported Juicer and company.

Anyone get Vol 5 into Juicer? I was given no activation key but Juicer is asking for one.

I have all 6 animated volumes - some on DVD and some download and I don't need the Juicer at all. These are simply Quicktime movies - do you seriously need the Juicer for these? I use the guide and go from there.

It is real convenient to use the Juicer. I like one stop shopping.

I've got downloaded version and couldn't install it into the juicer. It's a pain buy you have to view them one by one on your computer instead. They seem to work fine for my 1280x720 projects so that was all I was worried about. Would be nice to have the ability to render in a different size though.
