I'm making a branding ident for a company which streams tv shows online. They are about to start getting shown on Netflix soon and they want an ident for their company to show before every episode played on Netflix. I want to use a musical logo piece from SFX Library 2 for it. I seem to remember that is wasn't so simple just using the sound effects or the music for things like broadcast. If I use one of these musical logos, am I okay? Or do I have to jump through some legal hoops or something? |
