I just reported the same problem earlier to day! Here is a copy of my post: I purchased downloadable products: Ready-To-Go2(R2GAEVol02Part1_R1, R2GAEVol02Part2_R1) and Ready-To-Go17 (R2GAEVol17Part1_R1, R2GAEVol17Part2_R1) Double clicked each of the files, each time the "Juicer 3 has stopped working" error occurred. I then attempted to install them from within the Juicer by selecting "Install downloaded content"! Same error on all of them. I had to leave the studio for 3 hours...upon my return I double clicked each of the Ready-To-Go2 files and they magically installed. Then I double clicked the Ready-To-Go17 part 2 first and it installed, but only has one template "Cloud Control"!! part 1 still does not install! My system info: OS: 64 bit Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1 Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6800 series Installed memory RAM: 16.0 GB Quick Time Version: 7.6 (742) USER Level: Administrator Juicer Version: 3.89 Build 119 _____________________________ Duane L. WHEN I PURCHASED READY2GO 16 & 17 ON WEDNESDAY, AND I HAD THE ISSUE WITH INSTALLING READY2GO 17, PART 1, I CALLED DIGITAL JUICE. THE GUY TOLD ME HE WOULD DOWNLOAD IT AND INSTALL IT IN JUICE AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK! WELL I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DIGITAL JUICE. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY AN ISSUE, DID DJ FIX YOUR ISSUE WITH READY2GO 02? (in reply to DuaneConatser) |

Hi All, We apologize for the inconvenience. We did find that part of the file for R2G 17 Part 1 was corrupted and that was causing the Juicer to crash. We have uploaded a new file for part 1. Please delete R2GAEVol17Part1_R1.djprojects and re-download it from your online account. The new file will download as R2GAEVol17Part1_R2.djprojects. This should fix the problem. There should be two files downloaded named exactly R2GAEVol17Part1_R2.djprojects (notice the R2 at the end of this one) and R2GAEVol17Part2_R1.djprojects. I just downloaded and installed this morning via File>Install Downloaded Content... without encountering any issues. Thumbnail Image Attachment (1)
