Just downloaded Toxic Templates. Juicer crashes within seconds of starting the install. I redownloaded (3 hours each time)with same result.

Welcome to the Forums! Make sure that you have at least Juicer 3.89 installed before trying to install the Toxic Templates and possibly download and install the latest Juicer 3.89a Build 121 That should fix the install crash. _____________________________ Jeff Earley Director Digital Juice Audio Products (in reply to Nicho2) |

What size is the file you downloaded? It might be that it didn't fully download for some reason.

The file size is 1.11 GB. I downloaded several times, and it is always the same. I installed Build 172 last night, and it does the same. When the installation gets to 25%, Juicer crashes. (in reply to David Hebel) |

Great news...sort of. I downloaded the file on my other system...saved it to a dvd...and I was able to install it on the above system. I wish I knew why this was so difficult. I love the product! (in reply to Nicho2) |

This does not solve your problem. I bought Toxic Templates 2 today. It downloaded and installed without a problem. I am using Windows 7 Home. There isn't a gap between theory and practice in theory. There is a gap between theory and practice in practice. Go figure. Quicktime version is 7.7.2 _____________________________ Jim "It is fun doing the impossible" Quote from Walt Disney (in reply to Nicho2) |

I am having the same issues. I have the latest version of the Juicer installed and have tried it on 2 different Mac's (MacBook Pro and Mac Pro). It crashes the Juicer whenever I try to install: Ready2Go 15 Ready2Go 16 Ready2Go 17 Ready2Go 18 and Toxic Type Collection 8 All of these for After Effects. I have re-downloaded all of the components and even upgraded the MacBook Pro to OS X Mountain Lion. This is getting very frustrating. (in reply to Nicho2) |

Also having the same issue. Just bought Toxic Templates and Toxic Text. Text installs just fine but Templates opens Juicer, then immediately crashes it before starting install. Mac Pro 12 Core OS X 10.7.4 Juicer 3.89a Build 172 (in reply to dhess) |

Same Issue, I cannot install any Toxic Templates. Toxic Templates 2 always fails at 82% on my system. Same with Toxic Type 2 - won't install. I have tried several times and redownloaded several times. After a little further digging.... I am seeing that the file sizes are greater than 2.15GB but all of my downloads are stopping at 2.15GB. Does Mac OSX Mountain Lion have a 2GB Limit? Can DJ break these files into smaller pieces?
