I'm going crazy trying to just open Juicer ...I was working on my old 32x system, but won't open at all on the 64x system. It keeps telling me I have to install Quicktime 7.0 or higher and I have 7.7 I tried copying my quicktime folder from (x86) to the regular program files and I have reinstalled both multiple times. I'm ready to get a refund if this won't work |

Tried an older version? Was it working at some point in the past?

I'm having the same problem on a long-working Win7/64-bit system. I downloaded a new product and when I tired to install it, Juicer gives the same error message. Downloaded the latest version of Juicer, same problem.

I am not sure if this will fix the problem, but Quicktime comes in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. You might try making sure you have the latest 64-bit version AND 32-bit version

I fixed my problem: 1. Download the latest version of Quicktime 7. 2. Execute the downloaded file and select "Repair". 3. Even though it doesn't say to, reboot the system. (in reply to jeffcss) |

Yes When I had Windows 7 32bit it worked fine. I had to upgrade my systems motherboard, processor, and RAM to handle Photoshop and after effects.... I also upgraded to 64x Windows and now Juicer won't load. Things I have tried 1. Reinstalling 2. Reinstalling as "Admin" 3. Copy Quicktime folder from x86 folder to program files 4. out of frustration paste quicktime files in every folder in "Program files" 5. Install new quicktime and hit Repair then reboot 6. Kick my computer I must say #6 has produced the best result but still failed as it just took the program 30 seconds longer to flash the error. (in reply to Tavarino) |
