I just can' t find out how the heck to use the trans-wipes with Avid. I can' t seem to make them work. How should I export from the Juicer? How should I place the video tracks in the timelime? How should I import (what settings?)? In what track should I place the imported clip? I can make everything else work from the Wedding Editor' s Toolkit, except Trans Wipes. Please help me. |

Miguel, Render the Transwipe with the same settings you use for your other WETK animations. When you put it on your timeline, place it over the two clips you want the wipe to apply two. Make sure the two clips overlap each other for the duration of the wipe. In other words, place your incoming clip on track 1, your outgoing clip on track 2 and the transwipe on track 3. Then drag the Matte key from the effects pallette onto the transwipe. _____________________________ Buddy Fougere Juice Technical Specialist (in reply to Miguel Mendez) |

Also, when importing with and alpha in Avid make sure you invert the alpha in the import options menu. Slink (in reply to Miguel Mendez) |
