I see so little Pinnacle liquid edition discussion here. Does LE work / intergrate well with Digitial Juice products ie jump backs and video tracks?

I am planning to purchase LE because of their acceptance of DVCPro (at least that is what they say).

Yes, our products work with Pinnacle Edition. The Juicer reneders out either a DV/DVCPro or Uncompressed AVI file that you import into PE.
