When setting parameters to render DJ backgrounds, lower thirds, overlays, templates, etc. what should I set?

I tried using a background from ETK 1, but when imported into Liquid, it looked fuzzy and larger than the preview in the Juicer.

Scale it down so the handles just cover the "rendered box". Choose Video for windows as the output type.
