I have been experiencing some interesting issues as of late and was wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar issue. I am using Premier Pro 2.0 (Production Studio Premium Suite) and the latest Juicer 3.0 software as of 7/18/07. I have gigs of Digital Juice assets already rendered in Quicktime format on a seperate hard drive (I produce a weekly TV series for my church). Here's the issue. When using Premier Pro 2.0 and the latest QuicTime 7.1.6 (as of this test), it takes FOREVER for me to import my Digital Juice assets into my project (I import folders instead of individual assets). However, if I downgrade my QuickTime to 7.0.3 the assets import quickly into PP 2.0. On the flip side, obviously Juicer 3.0 does not like this older version of QuickTime as it takes forever to render anything. Therefore, I am constantly upgrading and downgrading QuickTime depending on what I need to do. I checked Adobe's tech support site and could find nothing on this topic and figuredb I would throw it out to the best forum on the net. Any help would be appreciated! |

Does anyone know any good tech support threads to check out for my issue? I have searched everywhere I can think of and I am coming up blank. Very frustrating. Thanks!
