Hi All, I hope this will be helpful. A while ago I had to contact your tech dept and got a very helpul reply from Michael Mullings that solved my problem and directed me to the FAQ Centre. As a novice I found these tips and tutorials to be invaluable. Just now I was wanting to see of there were any more tutorials tips etc but it was VERY VERY difficult to find the info again. Clicking on tips and tricks in the forums brings me to user questions. Clicking on FAQ takes me to info about the need to register etc. Eventually I had to feret about to find the info I had printed at the time to navigate to DJ/Techsup/FAQ centre. The info there is valuable to novices and I guess it took time to prepare. It may save you guys time replying to questions that may already have been answered. I suppose this comes down to a long winded way of saying the info is useful but could it be more obviously signposted from the various menu options? Thanks JohnB |

I agree... we really need to work on that area of the web.. not user friendly IMHO
