I certainly has been kind of quiet around here for a few days.  It does make one wonder what is up.

I only hope that the train has not left the station!

I cannot imagine how Dave made any money from these specials but I must say I'm glad he allowed us (me) to pick up such bargains!

Maybe we can expect some specials (inventory reduction of soon to be retired stuff) before another round of xmas specials - Is this how it happened last year folks (I am late to the table only coming on last December)?

Yeah, and the main page has been cleaned up a bit and is looking like DJ is ready to pop in some new products in all those empty spots.....

Hey DJ, at least wait until the 3rd when I get paid......

I like the new main page layout. Less clutter and more organized for finding things. It was starting to get a bit scattered with all the massive last-minute deals on the soon-to-be "old school" DJ Products....... I can't wait to see what's coming up next. I'm sure it will be good. We've gotten plenty of juicy teasers from Dave, so I'm hoping to see some of those 'teasers' released......especially the font libraries and the green-screen items.

Oh man...all this talk of Christmas already and it's barely October!!

I don't know about you guys over the pond but, I actually saw the first shop today with XMas trees and goodies all out and ready for sale!

I'm sure that before we know it, Dave will be rolling out the XMas treats!

Having happily and profitably spent nearly 5 figures on DJ products, and knowing DJ like I do, I would be absolutely sure Dave, Viv and crew have a TON of new content coming down the pike for this fall...

I can hardly wait.  My credit card is just waiting to burn a hole in my pocket to buy more stuff...

I make so much money using DJ's products, it's always money very well spent... and these guys are world-class content producers... I'm really looking forward to seeing what they create... it must be an astonishing amount of work...  (coming from me, that's saying something, I've produced/filmed 30 DVDs single handedly, and they produce more than I do...)..

Looking forward to seeing the next releases!

It is a bit eerie, isn't it - to come to the DJ site and not find any exciting Deals....  I hope Dave isn't ill or something.... Lots of folks were asking for a break from the fast and ferious great Deals - and it does help the piggy bank ..... but I think I prefer the fast and ferious Deals to this eerie quiet .....  It's weird.....  Is this what it feels like when people talk of needing a fix!

Mark, I don't know about the previous months - but August and September were definitely hot months for Ta Juice!!!

Perhaps this is the early autumn chill before DJ Indian Summer ???

I was so looking forward to seeing what else I could add to my 'held' order.  Well at least my business partner will be happy that I'm not spending more money.

If you think about it the site looks like a normal site does, we are just spoiled with having deals every day. It's nice to have a little break.

I guess I am spoiled!

AIYEE! A second day with no "deal of the day" or $9.95 overstock deals! I think I'm going into Juice withdrawal! I'm shaking...nauseated...having tremors...I see spiders crawling down the walls. No wait, the spiders are in the "Trick or Treat" SWIPES which arrived today. I guess I'm okay after all. (Pshew!)

Words like violence
Break the silence
Come crashing in
Into my little world

All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms / Is here on my screen
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm

Enjoy the silcence

Neat - A poetry thread!

Some of my son Seth's:

People are scared of your deep, black, darkness
But they don't know they have nothing to fear
Though you are mysterious none the less
You are so silent, but still I can hear
You are obscure and dark, but you blind me
And make it so beauty does not matter
Leaving our imagination to see
Day against night, I prefer the latter
You may call me weird for loving the night
But I think that of those who love the day
Fills me with energy, power, might
Night is beautiful, what else can I say
The black night is peaceful, quiet, and still
The day is evil, and night does it kill

DAVE H ! Quick! Save us from ourselves! Give us a Juice Deal ..... ! Without Juice Deals some are beginning to question "life"  --- sounds like an extreme form of Juice withdrawal is setting in.....  What next ??? Juice denial ???

Coming to the DJ website each day and not finding a Juice Deal is like going home and finding it empty.....

There's NOT even a CONTEST to fill in the void....

And the buzz over the JuiceFest has been put on ICE - C-H-I-L-L-E-D

Are these early signs of a long cold Juice winter ????

The five stages of Juice withdrawal:

1. Denial: The initial stage: "It can't be happening. Maybe my browser isn't refreshing..."
2. Anger: "Why did I put off ordering, hoping for combined domestic shipments?! It's not fair!"
3. Bargaining: "Dave, I'll buy another duffle bag if you just give me one more chance!"
4. Depression: "If Juicer 3 doesn't get fed regularly, it may die."
5. Acceptance: "Hello? Digital Hotcakes...?"

I just hope step 5 is a long way away.  I would have to be very desperate to get to step 5.

I agree....everytime Dave takes a few day's off from his deals......he comes back with a vengeance.  I think the last one I remember was when he offered two Mix and Match for $99, and as an add-on either VideoTraxx, SFX, or an ETK for only $50.  He will make a return....and he is the master at taking our money.  Have no fear, he'll give you a reason to send him your cash.

Now, now, Brian .... I think everyone is just singing their longing for the Juice.... Forlorn "lovers " who miss the daily encounter with the great Deals found here. Whether I buy or not, I still love coming to this site and seeing such creativity, prepared, packaged and made available even to we "wee folk"....

I hope you're right about the "slew of new releases"; as for the laments over the thining purse - I think those subside when the products arrive and we can play with them and work them into our productions.

Perhaps what we really need is now is either:
1. an ODE to Juice
2. or a new T-shirt: "Forlorn Juice Lover", "Wanted: JUICE DEALS!" "Juice or Bust"  "Missing a Juice Deal is like surrendering a free ticket to greater Creativity!" "I promise never to complain about Juice Deals ever again". etc.

Yes, enjoy the silence, because every time DJ is this quiet, a massive onslaught of new deals and products follows...... better get your credit cards and bamk accounts ready....

I just thought of a new slogan for DJ, similar to the Apocalypse Now" phrase.......

"I love the smell of Juice in the morning.".........too perfect!!! LMAO

Yeap, the waiting game is on. You can bet an onslaught of new products are on the horizon! In the meantime maybe we could see another deal on current Stacktracks. I wasn't able to partake in the last mass release.  Love those stacktraxx!!!

The rumor I heard (okay, "made up") is that Dave is postponing all new releases until the Brittany child-custody mess is resolved. He's just too pre-occupied to get any work done.

I heard the entire juice team went on a team building exercise and a Florida crocodile got the better of half the animation team.  Dave was just about to release a new stacktraxx volume entitled 'Crocodile Rock Staxx', but thought the timing was unfortunate, so he has delayed the release, hence no new deals for the time being.
