Problem Symptom:
While trying to render out a SD or a HD resolution video (for example, Jump Backs or Jump Backs HD) the Juicer 3 application hangs.

Probable Cause:
Quicktime version is older than the 7.1

Probable Solution:
PC/Mac:
Upgrade the version of Quick time to version 7.1 or higher.
