Problem Symptom: An update to Juicer 3 has been applied to support a new product(eg: ETK Pro), but the product name is not displayed in the Juicer 3 tree panel. Probable Cause: Incomplete or corrupt download of product information. Probable Solution: 1. Verify that the Juicer 3 has been properly upgraded by restarting and checking the version number in "Help" > "About Juicer 3..." 2. If the Juicer has not been properly upgraded: - Apply the Juicer 3 software update without applying the product update. - Restart Juicer 3 and then apply the product update. If the Juicer has been properly upgraded and "Help" > "Juicer 3 Updates.." indicates "Updates not found.": - Download and install the full version of Juicer 3 via DigitalJuice.com > Products > Juicer 3 > Downloads - The full version will have the new product information already embedded and an additional product update should not be required. < Message edited by John Chacho -- 12/6/2007 1:09:27 PM > |
