Status: offline 		Problem Symptom
Intermittently on startup the Juicer gets to the splash screen, but never launches completely.

Probable Cause
Juice content or the Juicer catalog is on an external drive.  If an external drive is not involved, review the Tech: Juicer Update Applied and Now Juicer Will Not Start document.

Probable Solution
If any Juice content or the Juicer catalog is on an external drive, make sure the external drive is online and has been assigned the correct drive letter.
