Hi I know this has been mentioned before but it would be really great if we could receive an email notification (with tracking number) that an order has shipped. It's NOT that I'm in a great hurry or wondering what's taking so long... rather, FEDEX has issues sometimes and knowing that something has shipped and/or having a tracking number would make it a lot easier to keep track of things (I place a lot of orders online both for personal and work-related stuff). Thank you

Yeah, I am a new Juicer and I recieved an email the first couple of times that I ordered. However, I placed an order last week and it still hasnt shipped, even though I was told that it would today. I dont know if it has because no one answered the phone when I called up until they closed. Now I am skeptical about ordering from them again. I am sure they have a wide userbase and my orders may not hurt them any if they go away, but I would think that the customer service would have been better. I also have a friend that ordered from them for the second time and he didnt recieve an email also. HMMMM.

That's odd! I always get my orders on time and the customer service is superb! I suggest give them a call during regular business hours. That is the thing. I did call them this morning and the answer that I recieved was that my order was recieved late on Friday even though I submitted Fri night and the person told me that it would go out today. Still nothing......

If you email Mike Fredricks directly mfrederick@digitaljuice.com he can look it up and get back to you status. If you ordered on Friday the likelyhood is that it was put into the system over the weekend and processed and sent today. Now, there is slight chance of back order if it was HD or you had ETK3 in your order. Unfortunately the way our system is currently setup all online orders that come in have to be reentered into our main system by hand. We have no automatic hook at the moment. We are working on that but requires quite a bit of custom programming on our ERP system to integrate. What this means is that every day we are running as much as 24 hrs behind while we try to keep up with the orders. Today alone 300 orders came in online and we are working all through the night to make sure each and every order gets put in so that by morning when our shipping team comes in at 7am they can start processing and shipping the orders. Sorry if these sound like excuses.. Viv our President is working hard to staff up our sales and shipping operations but we are pretty picky about who we hire and they have to fit into the team. To give you some idea as to how crazy things are right now... About 50% of the orders that have come in for the entire 2006 year came in the Month of May. Once we get through all these growing pains (and we will) it will be a good thing in the end because we will be able to come out with more cool new products, faster, and continue to offer amazing specials. Well, I guess that means that I will be waiting for a while because I do have ETK 3 in my order and my friend has the HD pack on order. Any ETA on either of those? Thanks for the reply. (in reply to David Hebel) |

I found this in a report that was sent to me on inventory status: quote: As for HD, we are currently only running one or two days behind on that. We've almost caught up completly. If your friend's order is more than a weeks old it should have went out. (in reply to damadman) |

Would it be possible that I could have the remainder of my order sent out while i am waiting on the EKT3 to come in or would that be too problematic since I paid for one shipping charge? Thanks for the reply (in reply to David Hebel) |

I always get a tracking number too. The only issue I have with Digital Juice shipping is with FedEx itself ... I live in an apartment complex and they always deliver my Digital Juice stuff to the management office. Our complex is wide open so there's really no excuse not to bring it to my door --- I kinda feel that since Digital Juice (and me) pay for shipping it should be brought to my doorstep. Speaking of shipping, I do feel Digital Juice's shipping charges tend to be on the steep side...especially when you opt for ground. _____________________________ Michael P. Michael, tell about shipping charges.... Shipping over here is quite expensive, too. The shipping charges I paid with DJ range between around 70$ and more than 100$. _____________________________ Michael Lt. Cmdr. Shipping may be expensive, but all I can say is that it must be worth it because we keep coming back!!!!
