Status: offline 		Problem Symptom:
Product previews take a long time to start loading.

Probable Cause:
A disk controller driver incompatibility with QuickTime.

The following controllers (drivers) are known to exihibit the problem:
Intel 82801G (ICH7 Family) Ultra ATA storage controllers - 270F ( ver 8.2.0.1008 - 15/9/06)
Intel 82801HR/HH/HO SATA RAID Controller
Intel 82801GBM Sata AHCI controller - ver 6.2.1.1002 - 31/10/06

Probable Solution:
Acquire an updated driver from the disk controller or PC vender.
