Dear DJ Just a suggestion... Is there anyway you can check the status of your order by logging on to your personal account and able to track your shipment. I know DJ gives you an E-mail about your order and when they ship the products, but sometimes DJ forgets to send that E-mail or sometimes totally forget to ship the product all together and that happens to me... I usually E-mailed customer service in three days if I don't receive an E-mail regarding my order. And I know sometimes they are busy and might not able to considerately inform you about the status of your order. And sometimes they forget to remind you at all.... Now I was wondering if I may suggest that maybe, include in our personal account here to check the status of your order. For example, if you know your order number just type it in and will generate a page that will give you detailed account of your order and its process. Just a thought. Thanks for listening... |

I agree it would be nice if the FedEx tracking numbers were placed under My Accounts with each order or grouped order.
