Yep, I ready for them to come out too!!  I am still a little worried about the price because I am a hobbiest and not a business (maybe someday it will be more).  That's why I am so worried about the price.  I hope that they will be resonable enough so that I can purchase several of them but I don't have an income coming in as a business does to pay for the products.

Yep, Crossing my fingers on the price also. I know it will be more than STX but the question is....HOW much more will it be. Anxious to finally see this work though as all the previews have been great and I know DJ threw 110% into this project

I selected Help - Juicer 3 Updates and was presented with the "No new updates..." message. Under StackTraxx it shows StackTraxx Standard. What are we SUPPOSED to be seeing???

I think Jacob is just teasing us.  He didn't say there were any updates there--just asked if anyone had updated their juicer.

Where is the new version of the Juicer? I only see 3.2 (released 8-14) which I already have. No updates through the in juicer menus either? where the heck is 3.25 at?

I'm concerrned that DJ keeps pushing out new products so rapidly but they are having such trouble getting this one out. It also makes me wonder just how expensive they will be. I fear that it will be out of my budget (very, very part-time). I don't know when I've been quite so frustrated by the release of a product. Perhaps this could have been done differently.

Ah yes, but you're only frustrated because DH told us when they might have been coming out. If we didn't know when they were coming, we would have just been pleasantly supprised.

Jacob, you are correct. My point is that it I am not happy because they had talked about them being released in June or July. Then they were talking about August. Now it's September. Meanwhile I continue to get flooded with requests for Two new ETK Pros at a time, Theme Kits, and other new products. My only concern is what the problem has been getting these out. Not to mention the constant reminder of the Font collections which I have been hearing about for about 18 months.

From a once-happy DJ customer...

Animation Team is totally separate from Music, Font, Programming teams so it makes no logical sense for Animation products to stop or slow down while Music and Font products are being worked on.

Worship StackTraxx was originally planned for March release and Fonts for June.  Both have been delayed for different reasons most of which are because they are new lines.  The first volumes of anything new are always unpredictable in how long they take to get out because in part it is an R&D development.    The fonts were delayed because I  changed the whole concept to layered at the 11th hour which doubled the complexity all around.

Editor's Themekits and Toolkits are our bread and butter products that we know better than just about anything else we do hence those products come out more regularly.   We've been under pressure this year to totally revamp our line up as most people have completely stopped buying anything SD so all our old JB's and the original toolkits were obsolete.

No one  wants to get these products out more than me.

Patience isn't really the problem. The problem is an initial lack of communication. I'm still very concerned about the price. Wait! I don't want you to quote from Matthew, "Do not worry..."

juicer 3.25 is under the beta button on the website, but...I still didn't see anything regarding Worship Traxx...

And like others, I am really looking forward to the WTraxx!

Probably this week.  3.25 has the support for WSTX but they didn't enable it until they are ready to actually release them.  DH said they are working on the pages now, so at least one volume should be available this week.

Just can't believe that there was so many comments about wanting worship traxx and now that they are out, there is no discussion.  Unbelievable.

OK, I'll comment.  I've already ordered volume 1 and watched the 12 minute promo which showcased bits from all 10 volumes.  Although I don't have need for all the volumes, I heard 5 that are definite purchases.  As for the price, it would be nice if it was a little lower, but DH did a good job of preparing us and I actually expected the price to be higher.

Yes, Great product, slightly pricey in my opinion.  But great product, and i bought one. Not sure i would buy many of these at that price.  Actually, i also wanted the music themekit they had on sale today, and had a $25.00 coupon, so i came out fine.  I, too, will wait to buy a majority of them at better prices.  Some i will snap up when offered.

I too listened to the promo for Volume 1, and the promo for all the Worship volumes.

I am VERY thankful DJ is producing such.  However, the pieces are mostly in the faster beat contemporary style with lots of fast noise.  That is good for the more youthful and contemporary churches.

My needs are for more mellow worship.  I did listen to the selections from Ambience Worship, Southern Gospel, and Hymns.  Those come closest to what my needs are, but still miss the subtle heart and spirit drawing that I am seeking.  PART of why I am seeking subtle heart and spirit drawing is my need for subtle audio backgrounds for teaching videos.

Maybe when the Ambience, Southern Gospel, and Hymns volumes are released I will better be able to see if they will fit what I am looking for.

Even if I don't find DJ producing what I am looking for, I must say I am very happy they are producing for the Church world.

IDEA: I wonder if DJ could take some of the old, well known, and well loved hymns that are now public domain and produce them for DJ.  That I would purchase even if it was super expensive.

Mike

Mike: There's always the option of turning off some of the tracks, or fading them out a little, so that you get the same song, with a quieter drum beat, or less guitar, or even something solo'd, the possibilities are endless!

I think this must be one of the hardest things to produce, and to try and please everyone, because there are SO many different styles of worship. One thing I didn't count on is the strong American accents in some of the songs, but hey, serves me right for being Australian.

Are you saying I could quiet the drums a little and ....  at the same time increase the volume of the guitars, etc.?

I was thinking I could turn off a track, but not adjust the individual track's volumes.

Thanks for responding.

If I ever get them it will be to use only the music. Unfortunately I have no use for the vocal tracks. I agree with Paul, they are a little pricey. I was thinking about buying them for the sake of keeping at my attempt to collect all the Juice, but for now...Pass!

Cesar,
I have no clue how one  keeps up buying all the products.  I thought i could, but am really not willing, able to keep up.  Don't need everything. Have a tremendous wealth of product now and will become more and more selective.  Did not get all the theme kits, won't get all the worship staxx, did not buy all the juice drops (minus a few,) and some of the print elements, i chose to pass on.  I doubt if i will buy much of the FX, but that remains to be seen.  Did not buy all the revealers and swipes, just what i liked and thought i might have a use for it down the line.

I'm not sure about the rest of you but I work all day (I mean at something other than video editing). Right now I'm at a conference and InterXStream has once again messed up my access to e-mail (never go with this company for web hosting as my old site has been down so many times because of them).

Anyway, I didn't even listen to the samples; I just bought the first one. I plan on buying every single volume whether it is Fast, slow, or styles that I may not like as well as others. This is what I've been waiting for. There is a lot of flexibility here.

As far as changing volumes on a section of a track, I don't think you can do that. What you need to do is export all tracks as single files. Then in your NLE put them each on their own track and adjust accordingly. This makes them that much more powerful and flexible.

Nope, they are a steal.  Triple Scoop Music sells royalty free music with lyrics for $60 each (or 10 fo r$299) and that is a flattened file, with no clicks or lyric sheet, and no choice of male or female.  Excellent price for essentially 20 songs that you can customize as you wish.

Mike, you would do this by rendering the instruments out as separate wav files, then bringing them into your NLE or other multi-track audio software and raising and lowering the volumes as needed.  You could even speed them up or slow them down, if you like.

Did you miss my play by play thread of them coming online.    That thread and the republican VP thread have helped me get closer to that 3000 post level.
