Digital Juice Forums If you are new to the Digital Juice Forums, please review the information below to learn more about how to participate, get help or to just find more information. What are the Digital Juice Forums? Digital Juice Forums are a user-to-user support forum that enables anyone who uses Digital Juice products to meet and discuss various topics, resolve issues, ask questions, get tips and advice, and more. If you have a technical question or issue about a Digital Juice product, you may wish to check out the FAQ's (frequently asked questions) and Tech Support Area of the site for anwsers to common questions and problems. To get help in the DJ Forums:
Digital Juice Administrators and moderators monitor the forums and are available to answer your questions. Digital Juice Forums User Agreement Our Digital Juice User Agreement is our set of "House Rules." You must agree to and abide by them to participate in the Digital Juice Forums. 1. General As long as you comply with the agreement, Digital Juice grants you personal, limited privilege to enter and use the site. Views expressed on the Forums are not endorsed by Digital Juice. Digital Juice does not pre-screen any posts submitted by users of the Forums. Digital Juice reserves the right but not the responsibility to edit or remove any post, including those found to violate this agreement. Digital Juice will make good faith efforts to investigate allegations that posts violate the agreement but (a) makes no warranty to you that it will edit, remove, or continue to permit the display of any specific post, whether or not subject to such allegations, and (b) will have no liability whatsoever for editing, removing, or continuing to permit the display of any post whatsoever. In addition to these terms, any post that questions Digital Juice’s policies and procedures or includes speculation on Digital Juice’s decisions may be removed. To use the Forums, each user must have a unique user ID and password. 2. Posts Search or browse for existing answers before you ask a question. It may have been answered and will save you time. Don’t hi-jack threads. Ensure your response relate to the topic. For example, if you’re reading about Juice Drops and have a question about Jump Backs, find the appropriate topic and start a new thread. Be polite. Everyone should feel comfortable reading posts and participating in discussions. Digital Juice will not tolerate any inappropriate statements, material, or links. Most often, an inappropriate statement is simply a statement that is taunting and thus arbitrarily inflammatory. However, this also includes those which are libelous, defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context. Don't post personal information. Think twice about posting your email or instant messaging address. Our Forums are a very public place. If you post your email or instant messaging address, you could wind up on a spammer's list. Don't spam your fellow users. Spam is defined as sending unsolicited email without the recipient's consent. Spam includes chain letters and advertisements. No advertising. Don't use the Site to sell or market your products to users. License to use posts. By submitting a post to the Site you agree to grant Digital Juice a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the post. If you do not want to grant to Digital Juice the rights set out above, please do not submit a post to the Site. 3. Keep within the Law No material may be posted that is intended to promote or commit an illegal act. Do not post defamatory material. Material submitted must be your own work or work to which you have a license. You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the information contained in your post. 4. Breech of Agreement If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the Site or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior which Digital Juice considers to be serious and/or repeated, Digital Juice may use all available information about you to stop any further infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school, Internet service provider, or law enforcement authorities of the infringement. Digital Juice reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. |
