The First Review of DJ Fonts
Posted by Dave Hebel on Tuesday, February 17, 2009

Kevin McAuliffe was so impressed with Compositor's Toolkit and the Juicer he wanted a chance to write a review on our latest product DJ Fonts. So we sent him a review copy to see what he thought.

Looks like we impressed him and he even provides a training video that walks you through a few of the features in DJ Fonts.

If you haven't bought Digital Juice Fonts yet or even if you have go check out the review and then come back here and leave your own comments .

I live the DJ Fonts Program. It is time someone came up with a way to make impressive fonts! Your only as limited as your imagination! The more you work with the program the more creative you become. Sometimes you can not believe yourself what you have created! Come on check it out!! I have played with fonts for years and this beats all! It is a Gotta Have Program! Kathy Brown

The clarification is much appreciated. Thanks!

To David Radford (Below): There is no requirement to install 10GB on your HD, you can render from Disc if you prefer. The full install is recommended but not required. Installing just the Preview sizes is sufficient for all uses except the highest resolution print needs. Preview install is less than 2GB. We currently allow up to five computers if they are in the same office or home to install. Hope that clarifies the "legals" and the space issue for you.

Great review, but I have to disagree on a couple of fronts. The 10GB load on your computer is a bit much, and I hate the Activation feature. Plus, the license only lets you install on one computer??? Love the products. Hate the legals.

Great review. Great external tutorial showing how easy it is to get started.

Good to see people taking notice of the fonts. I love them, and am actually overwhelmed at all the massive possibilities of the fonts. I thought they would be a basic fonts set with a few editing options here and there...WRONG...there are TONS of things I can do with them. I barely even know where to start....but I do know that every time I have text in a video project, I will be using the Fonts library for sure. Excellent product Digital Juice. You blew me away with this one.

I jumped on the chance to buy the new Fonts package. I have been using the various juices and knew the quality of all the products. I have already used it several times in the making of some CD covers and artwork on our website for our Audio Drama Productions. I can see a long future in the use of these fonts for our company with the ease of use in making the fonts rendered with a choice of our own variations and visual changes of the fonts. The choice of the fonts is wonderful and they all lend themselves well to graphical creations all of your own. Taking them into Photo Shop or other graphic programs saves a great deal of time and frustration with the time it saves in making the initial creations in the Juicer.
I am now looking forward to Collection Two when it comes out.

He's doing video and thinks they're great. He's excited and now so am I. I can hardly wait for my order to arrive.

Isn't it nice when the "Cons" are that the Juicer is something NOT to miss hehe

Awesome review and interesting about the "Activation Code" and the future of DJ products

Nice review but I think one of the other most important things related to fonts was left off... the training videos. While I haven't had to the time to delve into my fonts like I want to, nor to watch the videos, I'm glad they are there when I need them.
