Absolutely what I needed to know. Thanks for explaining it so clearly and simp.... well, not exactly simply - but it gave something to get my teeth into and come back to you with more questions. Great show!

I think what I like most about your segments is that you never assume knowledge of some of the basic key audio concepts. You provide solid information, which may or may not be new to some, as well as a review of the basics. Sometimes reviewing the basics is as necessary as learning something new...thanks!

Great stuff! These ideas may be routine to a Pro., but a novice's reaction is a Homer Simpson "Dooh!!!" Those darn details, again....

Though I've been doing video editing for long time now, I'm still very new to audio editing (limited only to putting reverb or increasing/decreasing volume) so I really find this episode very useful. I now have a grain of understanding of how some of those audio effects work and are produced. Thanks so much!!!

Nice hands on demonstrations for some good, basic audio effects. This one hit the sweet spot for sure.

I love this, please show us more about audio-effect and how to use it in reallife... and how do you make your interview sound so nice ? did you put in any effect treatment as well ?

I am a novice/amateur videographer and I find all of the DigitalJuice programs helpful and informative. Thank you all very much and keep up the excellent work.

This was one of the best shows so far. This kind of shows helps the newbie as well as the pro to remember "don't over do it!' Great job!

Jeff,
Thank you for explaining those effects and uses. Audio tweaking is my weak point and your shows help me tremendously in this area. I really enjoy your Audio Buzz shows and you help me a lot!!!!!

Jeff, the best one yet. As a complete newbie to audio, these go a long way to helping me understand what I can do with the audio editor.

Great show Jeff, I hope you go into more depth with this stuff next time. You always have very good info, I just wish the show was a little longer. Hey you should do a tutorial for Lynda.com, or make some longer tutorials that D.J. can sell!

Well done. Great start that I hope you will continue by going through all the common filters and best uses.

Great one Jeff.
I use A preset in Acid Pro called Phone line for that one. And using the panning trick to show where something is coming from on screen is right on. Nice job bro and cool video lessons.

Jeff, great job. This was very informative. I really enjoyed seeing a 'real world' application such as this one. Looking forward to next weeks. Thanks.

Jeff always provides a clear, concise description of how audio is affected by surroundings and how it can be adjusted through effects or filters.

Great tips. I knew all of these already (except the tip about phone voice settings.... I normally use a simple filter in my audio editor to achieve that in one click, so seeing it done manually was cool and informative), so it wasn't anything too new to me....but for anyone just getting into audio editing, this is a super and concise lesson that you will need to know for editing. Listen to everything Jeff says.... he definitely knows his stuff.
Great job Jeff!
Very good. I need all the audio training I can get. Thanks.
