How to Handle the handle

DJ Fonts Special Techniques

Hosted by Jacqui Dawson, Creative Director

RELEASE DATE: OCTOBER 5, 2009

Here's a quick tutorial to show you how to add and manipulate the assortment of beer mug handles that are provided in the character set for the Beer Party font family. Add a unique touch to your next headline by using letters that mimic a full mug of beer. With Octoberfest around the bend, there couldn't be a better time to put this to use.

Not sure that I will be doing any beer glasses with handles in the near future but it is good to know the technique behind it.

Excellent Tutorial - I spent hours trying to get a decent looking handle on a project, but finally gave up as I couldn't get it to look right - and couldn't find the Mug Handle option to change the colours! Thanks for this, at least I'll have a fighting chance next time. Well done!

Thanks, Jacqui - like others, I didn't know those handles were included. I'm also going to check other fonts to see if there are other "hidden" layers available! Any hints???
