TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES!
I just wanted to write and thank you and the crew for your products. They have made such a difference in our productions. I volunteer for my community Public Access Television station. The volunteers that run the station have no experience in television or editing. We are self-taught and it has made it a challenge, to say the least.

Your products were easy enough for novices and instantly made our projects better. We even use them for our community bulletin board, since the backgrounds and objects integrate perfectly with our bulletin board software (Scala). Your magazine and the tutorials on your Web site have been extremely helpful. We use them when training new volunteers. Maybe you can make a disk with all of your tutorials (wink, wink, nod, nod). While we will never be NBC, it is getting harder to tell that we are complete novices! Thanks!
-Ron Lottermann, Fair Lawn Television Fair Lawn, NJ

Our mission at Digital Juice is to help editors make better programs. We do that in a couple ways. Naturally, we create products that allow anyone to create video that looks like broadcast TV (even broadcasters!) and we offer them at a price point that makes them accessible to every editor at any level. But we don't just want to put a tool in your hand and leave you hanging. We have a crew of people at Digital Juice who have made their livings making television and video (myself included), and we want to teach you what we know so that you can be empowered with the tools AND the techniques that you need to succeed. The articles in this magazine and the tutorials on digitaljuice.com are the beginning! We have high hopes for training that include more Web video, instructional DVDs, seminars and hands-on workshops. I'm glad to hear that your crew has benefited from our efforts! (Oh yeah, and from our products, too, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more.)-CP

HD ME!
Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your product! I have had it only four days and I nabbed two new clients! By, the way it is soooo easy to use! Are you planning on future HD versions? Keep me updated, your product is so worth the price.
-Sofia K., via e-mail
Hi Sophia. Congrats on the new clients! When we say our stuff pays for itself, we mean it! So, you want HD, huh? We currently have eight volumes of our Jump Backs animated backgrounds in Hi Def. We offer them for $199 per volume or all eight for $499. Check out the catalog section for details on what's available. We have more HD Jump Backs in the works and, while I can't "officially" say anything, I wouldn't be surprised if you saw an HD Editor's Toolkit or two in the not-so-distant future. When we CAN go on record, you'll hear about it in the Juice News section of Digital Juice Magazine!-CP

I WANT IT ALL!!!
I want to thank you for all the wonderful products you are producing. These products, and your magazine, are worlds ahead of anything else on the market. My only problem is deciding which ones to buy. I do video and print work and so I drool over all of your products. I am gradually accumulating them as fast as I can. How about putting together a "Mega Catch-Up Package" that would include ALL of your products for one (discounted) price. I know it would be quite a few dollars, but well worth it for anyone (like me) wanting the complete and entire Digital Juice library. Just a thought. Thanks again!!
-Gary Grubbs, Winter Haven, FL
I like this plan, Gary. Actually, we recently discussed this very idea. Lemme talk to the boss and we'll see what we can do.-CP
MORE MAGS, PLEASE!
I'm an avid DJer and own many of your products. I know all the magazine issues are available at digitaljuice.com, but I would really love to get the actual mags for some of the issues I don't have. I find the articles extremely useful. I have all of 2005 and May, July, August, September, November and December of 2004, so any other issues you can send would be much appreciated. Thanks and keep up the great work.

You got it, Derek! Does anyone else out there need a back issue or two while I'm digging around in the storage room? If so, email me at cpeters@digitaljuice.com and let me know what issues you'd like!-CP
