Product Guides

Many of our products are accompanied by a detailed User’s Guide which explains how to install the product and how to work with it in our free Juicer software. In the case of our DJ Gear line, the User’s Guide will show you how to set up, use and transport the product properly in a production environment. The DJ Community

Often, the best way to troubleshoot a problem is to ask other users. Our DJ Forums are an excellent way to share ideas with other users, as well to tap into their experience with our products. Our tech support personnel and product development team also visit the forums frequently to answer user questions and concerns and listen to suggestions for future products.

Also a part of the DJ Community, the Digital Juice TV (DJTV) section has a wealth of technical and inspirational information. Here you can sort the hundreds of video tutorials by product, date and host software to find the exact kind of information you need. Many of these videos deal directly, and in detail, with installing and using our products, both in the Juicer and in a variety of host software.

If you are still having problems with a technical or sales issue, our Customer Service & Technical Support staff can be reached during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST) in the following ways:

  • Customer Service representatives can be reached in real time by clicking on the Live Chat button in the upper right corner of every page. This button will indicate whether someone is available to help you by lighting up with a green ONLINE text indicator.
  • If you are more comfortable sending us an email, we will be more than happy to reply to your customer service/sales questions at customerservice@digitaljuice.com or to help you troubleshoot technical issues via tech@digitaljuice.com
  • Please go into as much detail as possible about the problem you are having so that we have the best chance of finding a solution for you in a timely fashion. For technical issues, provide system specs and include screenshots of the problem when applicable.
