Having trouble installing or using a Digital Juice product? Or maybe you just want to get the most from your purchase and need more information? In either case, you have come to the right place and there are multiple ways to get the answers you need.

If you are having problems with a technical or sales issue, our Customer Service & Technical Support staff can be reached during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST) in the following ways:

  • Customer Service representatives can be reached in real time by clicking on the Live Chat button in the upper right corner of every page. This button will indicate whether someone is available to help you by lighting up with a green ONLINE text indicator.
  • If you are more comfortable sending us an email, we will be more than happy to reply to your customer service/sales questions at customerservice@digitaljuice.com or to help you troubleshoot technical issues via tech@digitaljuice.com
  • Please go into as much detail as possible about the problem you are having so that we have the best chance of finding a solution for you in a timely fashion. For technical issues, provide system specs and include screenshots of the problem when applicable.
