You can download the Update for Editor's Toolkit Volume 1 from the
Juicer 2 downloads page
Windows®: Download ETK1_Update.exe (66 MB). After you have installed the ETK1 catalog, run the ETK1_Update.exe file.
Mac®: Download and uncompress ETK1_Update.sit (68 MB). Run the ETK1_Update applescript. Click 'OK' then select the location of your Juicer install.
NOTE: This will only fix the version(s) of this product that have discs 8 and 9. Later versions of this product use more efficient compression technology and fit on fewer discs.
In the more rare situation where the photo previews do not show up in later versions of the product (versions with less than 8 discs), manually copying the previews to the Juicer installation may be necessary:
Windows:
- In "My Computer" open up the disc and browse into the /Juicer/ folder.
- Press Ctrl+A to select all of the files in the folder.
- Right-click and select Copy.
- Browse to the C:\Program Files\Digital Juice\Juicer 2\Catalog\ETK_V01D01D\.
- Paste all of the preview files into this folder.
- Restart the Juicer 2 and verify the product is installed.
Mac:
- Open the product disc and copy the contents of the /Juicer/ folder.
- In the Finder, control click the Juicer installation and select "Show Package Contents"
- Browse to the /Contents/Mac OS Classic/catalog/ETK_V01D01D/ folder.
- Paste the /Juicer/ folder from the DVD into this folder.
- Restart the Juicer 2 and verify the product is installed.
